The service has not launched and we are not accepting bookings or payments. The draft terms below describe proposed arrangements after launch, not services currently available. Bookings and online payments are not yet available. These terms are incomplete and not final; required trader identity, address and contact information must be completed before orders are accepted.

PM Rapid Delivery is a proposed dedicated same-day courier service based in Quedgeley, Gloucester. [Legal business name, trading address and registration details to be added.]

After launch, one driver will collect your item and drive it directly to the delivery address, without transfers through a parcel network or sorting depot. Up to 100 miles from Quedgeley, subject to route confirmation. Longer journeys on request.

Indicative pre-launch rates: daytime minimum £45.00 and £1.35 per mile; night (22:00–06:00) minimum £60.00 and £1.55 per mile. Extra stops are £10.00 each. The bank holiday surcharge is 20%. Final quotes will be confirmed directly when the service starts.

No bookings or payments are currently accepted. Booking and payment arrangements will be confirmed before launch. Delivery road mileage is collection → optional extra stop → delivery, excluding the driver's approach and empty return. Delivery miles are rounded to one decimal; the delivery base is the higher of that mileage × the applicable rate or the day/night minimum.

The first 10 road miles of approach from Quedgeley to collection are included. Only approach mileage above 10 is charged at the same day/night rate, with the surcharge rounded to the nearest penny and added after the delivery minimum. The parcel's first 10 delivery miles are not free. Rates follow collection time: night starts at 22:00 inclusive and ends at 06:00 exclusive. Extra-stop charges are added next, then the existing 20% bank-holiday uplift applies to the updated subtotal.

The first 15 minutes of waiting at collection or delivery are free. After that, £10.00 is charged for every additional started 15 minutes.

The maximum standard parcel weight is 20 kg and the maximum standard size is 60 × 50 × 50 cm. Larger or heavier items may be accepted by prior arrangement. Please contact us before booking.

• Free cancellation is available before the courier has been dispatched.
• If the courier has already been dispatched but the parcel has not yet been collected, a £20 cancellation fee may apply where reasonable and reflective of costs already incurred.
• After the parcel has been collected, the booking is normally non-refundable, except where required by law or if the agreed service is not provided.
• If the customer asks for the parcel to be returned to the collection address, the return journey will be treated as a new chargeable journey.

Insurance cover, policy limits, exclusions and liability terms remain unconfirmed and must be resolved before the delivery service launches. This draft does not confirm that insurance is in place.
