Privacy Policy
Draft — incomplete. This pre-launch website is accessible, but the delivery service has not launched. Missing information must be confirmed; privacy information is needed for current enquiries, not only future bookings.
1. Pre-launch notice — draft only
The delivery service has not launched and bookings and payments are not available. This accessible website welcomes enquiries, which already involve personal information. This notice is an incomplete draft: missing information must be resolved for current enquiries, not postponed until bookings start.
2. Who we are
PM Rapid Delivery is based in Quedgeley, Gloucester. [Controller legal identity and contact address are pending owner confirmation. Any applicable registration details also remain unconfirmed.]
3. Current enquiries
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, enquiry information includes your contact details and the message or attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond and discuss your enquiry. Please only share information needed for that purpose.
4. Lawful bases — pending confirmation
The owner must confirm and document the lawful basis for each current use of personal information, including any relevant legitimate interests. This is required for current enquiries; this draft does not establish a lawful basis or confirm compliance.
5. Future bookings, deliveries and payments
Bookings and online payments are not currently available. Proposed future processing includes booking contact and address details, parcel information, route lookup, delivery records and payment processing. The final data, purposes, providers and payment arrangements must be confirmed and explained before those activities begin.
6. Sharing your information
Enquiries use the email, telephone or WhatsApp channel you choose. Actual recipients and providers, their roles, website hosting and analytics processing, and any applicable international transfers and safeguards remain pending owner confirmation. Proposed booking integrations are not evidence that booking processing is currently taking place. The owner must verify current sharing and explain it here.
7. How long we keep it
For pre-launch enquiries, the proposed retention period is up to 12 months after the last contact. The proposal would allow longer retention for unresolved enquiries, applicable legal obligations or genuine disputes, with periodic review and deletion or anonymisation when no longer needed. The owner must confirm the actual current retention arrangements and implement an appropriate schedule; this is not a confirmed policy. Transaction and accounting records, if the service starts taking bookings, will have separate retention periods based on applicable legal requirements. This schedule is a proposal and must be confirmed and followed before the privacy notice is final.
8. Right to object
You may have a right to object to processing, depending on its purpose and lawful basis. Contact us using the privacy email below to raise an objection.
9. Your other rights
Depending on the processing and applicable law, rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability. Deletion is not unconditional. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it. For privacy requests, email pawelmroczek6@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
